Tartan Ale

Apperance: The brew is clouded brown with red tints, an off-white head with little lacing. Good curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell starts sweet, milk chocolate, raisins, anisette and heather. (4)
Flavor: very malty, bread, oatmeal with raisins, hard fudge, fruity essences and acids. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft but sticky, a big body and a small dry quickly disappearing dryness. (3.5)
Overall: Very malty, a bit short but promising for storage. (3.5)
