Apperance: The beer is clear amber, a tan head that settles rather quickly but leaves good lacing, some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is floral and citric, a bouquet of flowers in a can of grape-fruit juice. (4)
Taste: Starting sweet, loaf of bread with some toffee, then citric nuances and a grape-fruit peel finishing bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, medium sized lively bubbles, slightly sticky and with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: More hoppy in an American IPA resemblance than expected. For a red I prefer less hops and more malt. (3)
