Black Jack Porter

Apperance: The beer is clear ruby black, has a tan head with large bubbles that leaves good lacing. Some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell starts with Marzipan, sweet dark fruits, roasted bread. (4)
Taste: Tasting mostly sweet, fig and boysenberry marmalade, sweet dark bread crust. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, smooth, oily and sticky, a medium body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A very candid porter, but at this time I wanted a dessert so it was very good! (4)
