Apperance: The brew is hazy light brass colored, an enormous white head that leaves good lacing and has some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is heavily metallic, but with fruity yeast overtones. (3.5)
Taste: A sweet dextrose taste, grapes, lemon, elder-berry, finishing with grape peel and some cat pee. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, intensive foamy small bubbles, smooth and a medium body, a smallish dry finish. (4)
Overall: A very wine like character, went very well with a strong curry Panang. (4)
