Apperance: The brew is clear deep amber, has off-white small head that leaves little lacing. Some curtains. (3)
Aroma: Grass, hay, fresh bread and dough. (3)
Taste: Starts with brown hard bread, some fruity jam like tones (figs, pears). Then some grass and hay tones, almost dusty old fir sprouts. (3)
Palate: Low carbonation, soft and slightly oily texture, a mild dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Much malt, good amount of hop, yet I lack something. (3)
