Apperance: The beer is clear and golden, a white rather firm head that settles slowly leaviing some lacing. (3)
Aroma: Smelling of some white bread, slightly citric and green apples. (2.5)
Taste: Bread, hard wheat bread, lemon peel and grass in a rather alkaloid bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, rather small intense bubbles, freash and foamy, a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A straight clean pilsener. (3.5)
