Apperance: The beer is black with brown traits, a brown compact head. Good lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: A smell of brown sugar, prunes, and some nettles. (4)
Taste: The taste starts with sweet bread, prune jam, dried apples, bitter oranges and fermented fruit. (3.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft texture with a medium body, slightly boozy. (3.5)
Overall: Started well, looks and smell fine, but the taste seems a bit immature. (3)
