Apperance: The beer is light amber, pale copper, a white compact head leaving good lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is very citric and forestry, pine and grass. (3.5)
Taste: Starting sweet, loaf of bread character, then it is a citric explosion in your mouth, lime, lemon, grape, juice, peel and seeds! (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, small bubbles, a medium body, rather refreshing feeling which ends in a long dry feeling. (4)
Overall: This was a very citric beer, don't know why, but I did not expect it. (4)
