Apperance: A clear brown brew with an off-white (unexpectedly pale), settles quickly leaving no lacing and has small curtains. (3)
Aroma: Smelling very much of sweet licorice and some fruits, pears and apples. (3)
Flavor: The taste also is dominated by sweet licorice, some honey and syrup, candi sugar, coffee and soy sauce. (3.5)
Palate: Litlle carbonation, soft and sticky texture, a medium body, undry. (3)
Overall: A different twist with the dominant sweet sour anise presence, liquid licorice candy. (3.5)
