Apperance: The beer is dark brown, has some haziness, a tan frothy head, leaves no lacing, but some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: A slightly sour fruit smell, yeast and boiled meat. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting of sweet fruits, raisins, dried apricots, sour and bitter oranges, dry grass and some moss. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small foamy bubbles, thick and oily, a slight dry round finish. A huge body. (4.5)
Overall: A good solid strong Belgian, very good with hard cheese. (4)
