Apperance: The beer is clear brown with a mahogany hue, a bleak tan head that leaves loads of lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Much malty roasted tones, bread, porridge, but also some orange bitter notes. (3.5)
Taste: Sweet bread tastes, then some metallic tones and citric bitter nuances, a yeast finish. A bit intrusive. (2.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, medium body, slightly coarse with a dry finish. (2.5)
Overall: Unfortunately this one did better in the glass than in the mouth ... (2.5)
