Apperance: The beer is brown clouded with hints of red, has a modest off-white head, little lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is intriguing, oak and wet wood, vinegar and old stable. (4.5)
Taste: A slightly sweet start, red fruits, much red vinegar acidity. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft bubbles, a very sour dry finish. (4)
Overall: A nice well balanced Flemish old brown, imaging a fat ripe hard cheese would be excellent with it. (4.5)
