Trappist Dubbel

Apperance: The beer is dark read with a brown nuance, slightly hazy with lots of small bubbles, a beige head thar clings firmly to the sides of the glass. The smell is in the sour milk area, with hints of sweet dried fruits and yeast. Dried grass and brown (4)
Aroma: Old cheese, green mold, rioe fruits. (3.5)
Taste: A small sweetness, some pererved fruit arromas, slightly moldy, and a bit spicy. Black peppers. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, a thin body and an unexpected watery finish. (3.5)
Overall: Well this bottle had peaked. (3.5)
