Apperance: An almost black beer, a brown head, little lacing but good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell has coffee, chocolate, dates and soap in it! (4)
Flavor: A brown sugar sweetness, fresh figs, bramble acidity, bitter coffee beans. (4)
Palate: Little carbonation, very small bubbles, a coarse dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A chocolaty bramble-infused coffee-sour beer, in a good way! (4)
