Klassisk IPA

Apperance: The beer is clear amber and has an off-white high head with good lacing and rather small curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is rather citric, grape-fruit and bitter oranges, hay and wet grass. (3.5)
Taste: The taste starts sweet brown bread, with caramel flavors, then rather much lemon, grape-fruit peel and general bitter notes. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, small soft bubbles, a good body and a nice dry finish. (4)
Overall: A stable Oppigård's ale, hoppy and well balanced. (4)
