Apperance: The beer is almost clear orange amber, has a small off-white head, little lacing and curtains. (4) Aroma: The smell is rather weak, I can suspect nuts, apples, some flowers. (3.5) Taste: The taste has a brown bread beginning, the ripe apples and pears, some lime and lemon peel. (3.5) Palate: Little carbonation, small foamy bubbles, a fresh thirst-quenching feeling, a rather small body but a good long dry finish. (3.5) Overall: A very well balanced ale, soothing and relaxing. Was very nice with Fish'n Chips. (4)
